I am happy to meet with you before you book my services but this is not necessary. You may prefer to meet me closer to your wedding date when all the final details are known. You can download a booking form here in Microsoft Word format. I only photograph one wedding per day, so please e-mail me first to check your date is available.

Back to questions
Can I change my choice of presentation after I have booked your services?
Yes. You can change your choice of presentation at any time up to the date on which you are asked to return your album order.
Back to questions
Can I give you a picture list?
Whilst I am very familiar with the pictures that most couples require, I am happy for you to supply a list containing any group shots or unusual pictures that you, your family & friends would like me to take on the day.
Back to questions
How long should I allow for pictures between the service and the wedding breakfast?
I would generally advise that you leave at least 1¼ hours between the end of the service and the start of the receiving line or wedding breakfast. This will allow me an opportunity to take candid pictures during your drinks reception as well as any formal pictures that you request.
Back to questions
Can I have photographs of the evening reception?
The prices shown on this website include coverage up to the start of the wedding breakfast. This is a great time to leave you in peace, as I find that most people do not want to be photographed whilst eating.I can offer a 1½ hour evening attendance from £350. Alternatively, if you would like to include photographs in your album which have been taken by your guests during the evening, this is no problem. Just give me your selected images on CD and these will be included within your image allowance at no extra charge. For example, if you have booked a Presentation with 75 images, you might choose to have 70 images I have taken and 5 images taken by your guests in the evening. As you have a total of 75 images there will be no extra cost. Additional album images are charged at £10 each.
Back to questions
When will I receive my proof pictures?
I aim to have your proof CD available one week after your wedding date. Please ask if you need it quicker than this. If you request that your pictures appear in my online gallery they are generally available for viewing within 4 days of your wedding date.
Back to questions
How long do I have to choose the pictures I want?
Although reprints will always be available in the future, I generally ask for your main order to be returned 6 weeks from your wedding day. A date will be given with your proof pictures.
Back to questions
Can I have some pictures in black & white?
Yes. There is an opportunity to indicate on your order form which, if any, photographs you would like printed in black & white.
Back to questions
Do I have any say in the design of my album?
When you select the Graphi Studio, Madison or Reportage Presentations I will design the layout of the album. You are welcome to make any special requests (free of charge), for example certain photographs to be printed full page or in black & white. Requests are made at the time your order is sent to me. I will produce a proof for your approval before the album is printed. However, any modifications at this stage will be charged at £10 per amended page. This charge is not made in an attempt to profit from you. It simply reflects the time and effort involved in design and layout changes. If you have made your special requests with your order, I am confident you will be delighted with the layout, thus avoiding this charge.
Back to questions
Are the photographs printed with a gloss or lustre (sometimes referred to as matt) surface?
Graphi Studio Albums are printed with a lustre surface only. This is excellent as it resists finger prints so much better than gloss. For all other Presentations, I use a lustre surface. It will be no problem for you to have a gloss finish, but you must clearly request this on your order form.
Back to questions
Will my pictures appear in the online gallery and, if so, how long will they be displayed there?
Your photographs will appear in my online gallery if you request. They will usually be displayed there within 4 days of your wedding date and will remain there for 2 months from your wedding date. You and/or your guests can order reprints online at discount prices.
Back to questions
What happens if you are ill or injured and are unable to take the photographs?
As a member of the Master Photographers Association I can call upon another member to take my place if these circumstances arise. However, I am pleased to say that, in over 20 years, this has never been necessary. In these circumstances, I will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
